    Tom is an eighth generation Kentuckian married to the former Diane Giannini and has three sons, all of whom live in Jefferson County. Tom has degrees from both Western Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky. He is an avid student of Kentucky history, an amateur genealogist and a member of the Filson Club.

    Diane was born in Bethesda, Maryland, but moved with her family to Jefferson County at age five. She attended Waggener High School and the University of Louisville where she graduated with BA and MA degrees. Diane taught in the Jefferson Count School System for a number of years where she became certified as a Reading Recovery Teacher. She and her husband, Tom, Sr. have three sons and six grandchildren.

    John was born in Jefferson County, graduated from Ballard High School and attended both Western Kentucky University and the University of Kentucky. He worked for the Jefferson County Board of Education. He has several years of experience working in various positions in the monument business.

    Tom was born in Louisville, graduated from Ballard High School and attended Hanover College and the University of Kentucky. He is a former high school baseball coach and has over ten years of experience in the monument business working for both Rock of Ages Corporation and Evans Monument Company. He is married to the former Deynese Johnson of Oldham County and has four children.

    Emmett A. 'Tony' Ratterman Jr., licensed Kentucky Funeral Director/Embalmer has served Louisville families at their most difficult time since 1972. He is a United States Marine Corps Vietnam veteran, Past President of the Kentucky Funeral Directors Association and owner of J. B. Ratterman & Sons Funeral Home in Louisville.
